Today, it is Iris, who shares with us her thoughts, a year after joining the KYC Consulting Asia adventure:
It has been a great year that I have spent at this amazing company. Since joining KYC Consulting Asia, I have been struck by the unique culture that is beeing cultivated here – one that combines the best aspects of a global organization, a flat structure and an understanding management!
From my very first day, I felt empowored to take ownership of my work and contribute to the team’s success. The flat structure of the company means that everyone is approachable and accessible, and I have never hesitated to reach out to colleagues or even senior management with questions or suggestions. This culture of open communication and collaboration has allowed us to work together effectively to tackle complex and challenging tasks.
At the same time, the company’s international scope has given me the opportunity to work with colleagues from different parts of the world and to learn from their unique experiences and perspectives. I appreciated the company’s emphasis on diversity and inclusion, and it has been a privilege to work in an environment that truly values the contributions of every team member.
Perhaps most importantly, I have been impressed by the company’s hands-off management style, which has given me the freedom and flexibility to take charge of my own work and pursue my passions. The trust placed in employees to deliver their best work has allowed me to explore my own strenghts and interests, and has helped me to grow both personally and professionally.
As I look back on the past year, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities and experiences that this company has provided me. Thank you for creating a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration and growth and for being a company that truly values its employees.
